Where we ship We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Shipping rates

• Orders under $50: flat rate of $4.99
• Orders $50 and over: free shipping

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking Every order includes a tracking number, sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@kitchennest.com and we'll look into it right away.

Delays Occasionally, weather, carrier delays, or high order volume can push delivery past the estimated window. We'll always do our best to keep you updated if that happens.
